General Manager's Report
Following advice from the State government, unfortunately it was necessary to temporarily close The MPC for long periods throughout 2019/20 & 2020/21. During the period of closure we were pleased to extend your MPC membership for a further 12 months through to 31st October 2021, at no cost.
As of now 2021/22 club membership renewals are now due. Your annual subscription fees have not increased and we are pleased to offer all members 1,000 reward points and their partners 500 upon renewal prior to November 1st. We hope this provides some relief to you during these unprecedented times.
The Club plays a vital role in the community, from sponsorship of local groups, to donations of gifts, and use of the Club facilities. It offers people a place to meet and socialise in a safe and friendly environment.
The AGM is scheduled to be held at the club on Tuesday November 23, 7pm or alternatively via Zoom. This year we have a vacancy on the Board as Peter Grech, after 20 years has resigned. We wish to personally thank Peter for all his help and support throughout his long tenure and wish him and his family well going forward.
